And who said that plastic panties can't be cute! If your big girl is still in diapers you have GOT to get her some of these. They are so cute that they shouldn't be covered up with a full length dress. I recommend that you keep her dress hem a couple of inches above her lacey bottom. It's such a classic look screaming "I'm a baby girl who's so cute I can get away with anything." The ruffles have a white tricot outer pant (womens panty material) and rows and rows of white with pink edged colored ruffles sewn across the seat of the pants.
